BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
5 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
Chocolate chip filling
Nuts
Foil cupcake cups

Stir together flour, sugar, soda, cocoa and salt. In another container, beat together water, oil, vinegar and vanilla, and add to dry ingredients, stirring until well blended. Fill the cupcake cups about 1/2 full. Top with 1 tablespoon of chocolate chip filling and sprinkle with nuts. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.

CHOCOLATE CHIP FILLING:

1 lg. pkg. of cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar

Beat together until smooth. Stir in 1 cup of chocolate chips.
