BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli
1 small onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 small jar Salsa Cheez Whiz
1 c. raw rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
shredded cheese

Boil broccoli in water until tender; drain. In a small sauce pan, sauté onions in butter over low heat until they are clear. Cook rice; add broccoli, onions, Cheez Whiz and rice to broccoli. Add soup and mix well. Pour into casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese; cover and bake at 350°F until bubbly. Serve and enjoy!
