BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

Place cooked broccoli in oven-proof casserole. Add 1/2 stick butter, melted and Velveeta cheese. Sprinkle Ritz crackers on top of broccoli. Melt remaining stick of butter and drizzle over casserole. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
