ADLENE PARKS' TANGIER CRABCAKES 
1 lb. crabmeat
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
Dash pepper
Dash red pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 egg

Put the first nine ingredients in a bowl. Beat egg and add to mixture along with 1 1/2 - 2 slices of bread that have been crumbled in 2 tbsp. can milk. Mix all together thoroughly but lightly. Shape into 8 cakes. Fry in hot fat until lightly browned. Drain on paper towels. Good hot or cold.
