STRAWBERRY CRACKER PIE 
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
23 round snack crackers (Ritz)
1 c. chopped pecans
Whipped cream
Fresh strawberries, sweetened

Beat egg whites until stiff, add sugar gradually. Add vanilla. Crush crackers and combine with pecans. Fold into egg whit mixture. Pour into well buttered pie plate. Shape into form of pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Let cool. Fill with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
