RITZ CRACKER DESSERT | |
70 Ritz crackers, crushed 1 stick butter, softened 3 3/4 oz. coconut 1/2 c. crushed pecans 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened 1 1/2 c. cold milk 2 sm. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding 9 oz. tub Cool Whip Mix crackers, butter, coconut and pecans. Reserve 1/2 cup of mixture. Press remaining on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Place in refrigerator. Mix ice cream, milk and pudding together until creamy with mixer. Pour onto crust. Spread Cool Whip over all and sprinkle reserved crust on top. |
