60 Ritz crackers, ground (reserve 1 c. for top)
1 stick butter, melted

Mix together and line bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan.

1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
2 pkgs. instant coconut cream pudding

8 oz. Cool Whip

Put on top of crumbs, when mixture is finished put the 1 cup reserved crumbs on top. (Can be frozen).
