RITZ CRACKER DESSERT 
60 Ritz crackers
1 stick soft butter
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 qt. soft vanilla ice cream
9 oz. Cool Whip

Mix 45 crushed Ritz crackers with butter. Put them in a 9 x 13 inch cake dish to make crust. Mix pudding, milk and ice cream together. Pour over crumbs and top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle 15 crushed Ritz crackers over top. Refrigerate for 8 hours.
