2 1/2 stacks of Ritz crackers
1 tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter (melted)

Mix together and line 9 x 13 inch cake pan.

SECOND LAYER:

1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream (softened)
2 boxes instant pudding (banana)
2 c. milk

Mix together and pour over first layer. Chill.

TOP LAYER:

Lg. Cool Whip
Chopped nuts

Add Cool Whip over top and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Keep chilled until serving.
