BAYSIDE CRABCAKES 
1 lb. backfin crabmeat
1 tsp. chopped fresh dill
1/2 c. soft bread, diced
1 egg
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Old Bay
Dash Worcestershire
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt & cayenne pepper to taste

Mix ingredients lightly. Shape into patties. Bake at 375 degrees until golden, about 12 minutes. Garnish. Serve immediately.
