BROCCOLI CREAM CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 bunches fresh or 3 boxes frozen broccoli
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 med. onion
1 stick butter
1 c. saltines, crushed

Slightly undercook broccoli. In saucepan, over low heat, mix cheese and soup until combined. Combine above mixture with broccoli and place in casserole. Saute onion and butter; then add saltines. Spoon saltine mixture over broccoli and soup mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
