CREAM CHEESE BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | |
2 boxes frozen broccoli 3 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 c. milk 1 sm. pkg. cream cheese 1 sm. pkg. blue cheese Cheese Ritz cracker crumbs, approx. 1 c. Cook broccoli as directed on package. Make cream sauce by melting butter. Stir in flour and gradually add milk. Cook until it thickens. Melt in cream cheese and crumble in blue cheese and stir. Put a layer of broccoli in bottom of casserole dish then a layer of cream sauce the rest of broccoli and then the rest of cream sauce. Cover with cracker crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes until brown. |
