BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. frozen broccoli
Velveeta cheese
Ritz crackers (2 c., crushed)
1 stick melted butter

Cook broccoli just until tender. Do not overcook. Drain. In casserole dish, put a layer of broccoli, then a layer of Velveeta cheese, another layer of broccoli, and cheese. Crush 2 cups of Ritz crackers; mix crumbs into the melted butter. Spread on top of the broccoli. Bake until cheese is melted and the casserole good and hot.
