RICE BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (16 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
1 1/2 lbs. fresh broccoli OR 2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
2 c. cooked rice
Crushed potato chips

Saute onion in butter. Cook until tender. Add soup, cheese, and broccoli. Add rice; mix well. Place in 2-quart casserole. Top with chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
