HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. frozen hash browns (2 lb. size)
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 sm. green pepper, chopped fine
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 sm. carton sour cream (8 oz.)
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley flakes or paprika

Put potatoes in large bowl, break up with fork or knife as they soften. Add soups, onions, green pepper, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix well. Put into lightly greased casserole, sprinkle with parsley or paprika. Bake uncovered in 300 degree oven for 2 hours.
