HASH BROWN/HAM CASSEROLE 
1 lb. or 2-3 c. diced ham
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 grated cheddar cheese
1 can celery soup
1 tsp. oregano

Mix thorough all ingredients and spread in a buttered 9"x13" baking dish. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Can be frozen and heated before serving.
