HASH BROWN HAM CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 c. cubed cooked ham
2 c. (8 oz.) American cheese, cubed
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. crushed cornflakes (4 c. before crushing)
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

In large mixing bowl, combine sour cream and the chicken soup. Add frozen potatoes, ham, American cheese and chopped onion. Stir to combine. Turn into 13 x 9 inch baking dish and spread evenly. Combine cornflakes and melted butter and sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and return to oven. Bake 20 to 25 minutes more or until bubbly and heated through. Serves 8-10.
