HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
32 oz. bag hash browns
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup cheese
1 stick butter
1 small onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups Ritz crackers

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix ingredients (except butter) and pour into 9 x 13 pan. Crush 2 cups of Ritz crackers and spread over hashbrowns. Melt butter and pour over hashbrowns and crackers.

Bake for 1 hour.
