HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. onions, chopped
2 c. cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 can creamed chicken soup
Ritz crackers

Mix all ingredients together, put into buttered casserole dish. Crush Ritz crackers and put on top. Melt 2 tablespoons butter. Put over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve while hot.
