HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 stick melted butter
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup

TOPPING:

1 stick melted butter
1 tube crushed Ritz crackers, either plain or cheese
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, sharp or very sharp

Mix well and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in greased casserole dish. Spread topping on casserole and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
