HASH BROWN CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. frozen hash browns 1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 c. sour cream 2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar) 1/2 c. chopped onions Spread potatoes in 9x13 inch pan. Let thaw. Mix other ingredients together. Pour over potatoes, top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
