HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (1 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup (or 1 can soup and 1 soup can of milk)
1 c. sour cream
1 med. onion, chopped
6 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper

Mix together soups, sour cream, onion, bacon and green pepper. Pour over potatoes, add salt and pepper. Put into greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees 35 minutes or until potatoes are soft.

Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top. Return to oven until cheese melts. Serve hot.
