HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese, grated
1 carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
Pepper
1 stick melted butter

Mix all together; put in greased 3 quart casserole. Cover top with bread crumbs and pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes. Serves about 30 people.
