CHEESY HASH BROWN POTATOES 
2 lbs. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. diced onion
1 c. shredded cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Put in a greased 9x12 inch casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until completely heated and cheese is melted.
