HASH BROWN POTATOES CASSEROLE 
1 stick melted butter
2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
1 c. sour cream
2 c. grated cheese (mild Cheddar)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

TOPPING:

3 c. crushed corn flakes
1 stick melted butter

Mix all ingredients together and place in a 9x13 dish. Top with combined corn flakes and butter. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8 to 10.
