HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 stick butter

Mix ingredients together. Put into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
