HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. bag hash browns
1 med. chopped onion
1/2 c. each cheddar & Mozzarella cheese
Salt & pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Croutons or onion rings

In a large glass casserole, put a layer of potatoes, part of onions and cheeses and 1 can of soup. Repeat. Put dots of butter on top and croutons or onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
