HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 pt. sour cream
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix first 8 ingredients together and pour into buttered casserole. Top with corn flakes and pour melted butter on top. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
