HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. shredded hash browns, thawed or 4 c. fresh
1/4 c. onion
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. sour cream

Mix and put in 3 quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
