HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. softened butter
1 can cream chicken soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)

Mix all ingredients. Place in buttered casserole. Sprinkle over top:

2 c. crushed corn flakes mixed with
1/4 c. softened butter

Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. This will freeze well before cooking.
