CRANBERRY - APPLE MOLD 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jello strawberry or mixed fruit gelatin
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 can (1 lb.) jellied cranberry sauce
2 c. finely chopped apples

Dissolve Jello gelatin and salt in boiling water. Break up cranberry sauce with fork. Add to gelatin mixture. Chill until very thick. Fold in apples. Pour into individual molds. Chill until firm. Unmold. Makes about 4 cups or 6-8 servings.
