CRANBERRY/APPLE DESSERT 
1 lb. cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 medium orange
3 large apples
1/2 c. nuts
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
1/2 c. boiling water

Grind cranberries, apples and orange; add sugar and let stand overnight. Dissolve gelatin in water and let cool. Fold in fruit mixture and nuts; place in mold and chill.
