CRANBERRY APPLE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 lb. can jellied cranberry sauce
2 c. finely chopped apples

Dissolve jello gelatin in boiling water. Break up cranberry sauce with fork. Add to jello mixture. Chill until very thick. Fold in apples and pour in mold. Yields 4 cups of 6-8 servings.
