APPLE PIE 
PIE SHELL:

1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
6 c. sliced apples

Prepare pie shell crust, set aside.

In jar shake apple concentrate juice, flour, cinnamon until well blended. Pour into 3 quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils stirring constantly until it thickens. Remove from heat, add apples to mixture. Stir until coated. Spoon in pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. If pie browns too quick cover with foil.
