CRAN - APPLE PIE 
Pastry for 2 (9 inch) crust pie
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. sliced, pared apples
1/2 c. frozen cranberries
Walnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine sugars, flour and cinnamon. Add fruit. Mix well. Fill pastry shell. Dot with butter. Cover and cut slits into top crust. Bake 40 to 50 minutes until golden brown.
