NO SUGAR APPLE PIE 
1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate
3 tbsp. cornstarch (or arrow root powder)
1 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt (optional)
5 lg. sweet apples (Golden Delicious), peeled and sliced

Combine juice, cornstarch, cinnamon and salt. Heat until thickened, add sliced apples and bring to boiling and simmer until partially cooked, approximately 5 minutes. Pour into unbaked pie crust, cover with top crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
