RASPBERRY RING WITH SOUR CREAM
DRESSING
 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. raspberry Jello (or 1 lg.)
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen raspberries
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
2 bananas (diced)

DRESSING:

2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Combine all ingredients and serve.

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add berries, stirring occasionally until thawed. Stir in pineapple, bananas and lemon juice. Pour into two quart mold. Chill until set. Serve with Sour Cream Dressing.
