CORN PUDDING "COMPANY" DISH 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 3/4 c. milk

Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour, salt and sugar. Cook until bubbly. Add milk and cook until thick. (Use microwave to cook sauce.)

Stir in the chopped corn and eggs that have been beaten until frothy. Pour into a well buttered casserole and bake in a hot water bath at 350 degrees about 45 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
