EGGLESS SUGAR COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. (tub) butter
1/4 c. skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix ingredients together. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Roll out, use cookie cutters. Bake 350 degrees for 8 minutes.

This turned out awesome! You can hardly tell there are no eggs in it. I did have to add a little cooking time for them to come out right. I cooked them for 11 mins and they were perfect, soft and chewy but not doughy.
