HAMBURGER CHOW MEIN 
3/4 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Chun King soy sauce
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup
1/2 c. water
1 can (16 oz.) Chun King chow mein vegetable, drained
2 c. hot cooked rice
Chun King chow mein noodles

Cook in large skillet meat and onions until meat is lightly browned and onion is tender. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, condensed soup and water. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes. Add vegetables, heat thoroughly. Serve over rice and sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Season to taste with Chun King soy sauce. Serves 4 to 6.
