CHICKEN DIJON 
This is a great recipe for family gatherings easy to make and will impress!

4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 lb. bacon (about 8 slices)
1 (12 oz.) jar Dijon mustard
1/2 cup white wine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Mix Dijon mustard with white wine. Marinate chicken breasts in mixture. Place onto baking dish in 350°F oven for 40 minutes.

When there is about 8 minutes left in oven fry bacon in a pan. Make sure bacon is not completely done but close to it. Layer bacon onto chicken then cover with Mozzarella cheese.

Bake in oven for 5 to 10 more minutes and then serve. Goes great with any potatoes.

Serves 4.
