FRUIT PIZZA 
Crust (sugar cookie recipe)
1 c. butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar

Cream sugar and butter together. Add egg, vanilla and beat well. Add other dry ingredients and mix well. Press onto pizza pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Cool.

TOPPING:

18 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can prepared pie filling (I use cherry)
Assorted fresh fruit of your choice

Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla together until smooth. Spread over baked cookie crust. Over this spread pie filling. Arrange fruit over filling.

Use at least 3 to 4 different kinds. I have used cantaloupe balls, banana slices, peach slices, strawberries, grapes, apple slices, blueberries and oranges. Chill pizza before serving.

When using fruits that turn brown, toss in Fresh Fruit or lemon juice.
