CRANBERRY JELLO SALAD 
1 pkg. chopped cranberries
1 apple with skins on, chopped
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. pkg. red Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. orange juice
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sour cream
Walnuts

Marinate cranberries, apple, and sugar for 1/2 hour. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add marinade mixture, orange juice, and pineapple. Pour into serving bowl and let set up. Top with sour cream and dot with walnuts.
