POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns (thawed)
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. melted butter (saving 1/2 for top)
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 c. crushed potato chips

Mix all ingredients together except reserved butter and crushed chips. Put in well greased casserole. Sprinkle top with crushed chips and reserved butter. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
