CHICKEN ALMOND CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
1 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. can of water or broth
1 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. almonds
1/2 c. crushed potato chips for top

Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of crushed potato chips over top of mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
