CHICKEN ALMOND CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked chicken, cut up
1 c. diced celery
1 sm. onion
1 pkg. slivered almonds
1/2 c. raw rice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can water chestnuts
Salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients together and spread in oblong casserole. Sprinkle on top with crushed potato chips. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
