CHICKEN ALMOND CASSEROLE 
4 c. cubed chicken
1 c. celery
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon or 1 tbsp.
2 c. fresh mushrooms
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can water chestnuts

Mix together and put in casserole dish, top with cornflake crumbs and almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
