FROSTED CARROT BARS 
2 eggs
1 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. finely grated raw carrots
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
2 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
(Additional milk)

Beat eggs until foamy. Gradually beat in sugar. Stir in oil, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and carrots. When well blended stir in raisins and nuts. Spread evenly into greased 9"x13" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until firm to touch. Cool in pan.

For frosting, beat cream cheese with milk until well blended. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Add enough additional milk to make frosting a good spreading consistency. Spread over top of cooled bars. Cut into squares.
