CARROT ZUCCHINI BARS 
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 - 2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. granulated sugar
2 lg. eggs
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 c. grated carrot
1 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chopped walnuts
Cream cheese frosting

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 12 x 9 x 1 1/2 inch baking pan. In small bowl combine flours, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; set aside. In large bowl with electric mixer at high speed, beat butter, sugar, eggs, and orange peel until light and fluffy. On low speed add flour mixture until well blended; stir in carrot, zucchini and walnuts. Spread batter in pan, bake 30 to 35 minutes until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.

Cream Cheese Frosting: With electric mixer at high speed, beat one 8 ounce package of cream cheese (softened), 1/2 cup butter (softened), 1/2 cup confectioners sugar and 2 teaspoons sugar and 2 teaspoons grated orange peel until smooth. Spread over cooled cake. Garnish with carrot and zucchini peel, if desired.
