BABY FOOD CARROT BARS 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 jars strained carrots
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Sift dry ingredients except sugar. Set aside. Beat eggs and sugar well. Add carrots, oil and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes in 15 x 10 x 1 pan. Cool.

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. melted butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. vanilla

Beat well and spread on bars.
